José Luis De Jesús Miranda believes he is Christ Himself; the last manifestation of God on earth.
* He claims that Romans 16:25 confirms that he is God.
* He believes, not only that he doesn’t sin, but that sin no longer exists.
* He claims that every religion: Catholics, Protestants, Jews, etc. all have the wrong religion.
* Only his followers are the “true race.”
* He believes he has come to establish the “Government of God” on earth.
* He claims that the devil and hell do not exist; and is only a fabrication of other religions.

José Luis De Jesús Miranda
A 60-year old former heroin addict and convict, a divorced father of four, born in Puerto Rico, who now lives in South Florida with his second wife. From a warehouse, he runs “God’s Government on Earth”. He claims he will be president of the world in the largest government earth has ever seen.
Miranda's
group claims it has 100,000 members worldwide. This estimate includes 400
affiliated businesses that support the false messiah by turning over 20 to
80 percent of their profits to Creciendio en Gracia (Growing in Grace)
church.
Miranda claims that in 1976 while living in
Massachusetts two heavenly
beings took him to a marble hall where an apparition merged with his body and
began to speak inside of him. De Jesus believes that he and Jesus Christ became
one and the same at that time.
The
demonic voice inside De Jesús' head later told him to move to Miami, where he founded
his controversial Creciendo en Gracia church along with a TV
studio. He attracts a relatively small following in Miami, only 500 members, but
the group has spawned 300 additional congregations with 100,000 members, mostly
in Latin countries. Meanwhile his TV program reportedly reaches 2 million.
In 1988 Miranda announced that he was the reincarnated Apostle Paul.
In 1999 he then changed his self proclaimed title to “the Other”, the one
who paved the way for Christ’s coming.
In 2004 he then pronounced the ultimate blasphemy by proclaiming himself to be Jesus
Christ and the sole “intepreter of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Sadly, Miranda's followers mistakenly believe they are God's
chosen people and even go as far as to claim their children to be a "super
race". The Miami New
Times reported that Miranda is planning to "close down every church
(that is not under his authority) so his true
church can begin".
All his
followers call him Daddy. Many of them wear blasphemous T-shirts with De Jesús' face and a
bold slogan, "GOD HAS COME." Their cars carry license
plates that say: "Creciendo en Gracia: The Government of the Kingdom of
God."
Quoting Claudia Salazar, another lost Creciendio en Gracia follower; “Some people tell me, you know, that it looks like the devil. If that is true I want to be with the devil because he make me so happy,”
To quote Miranda:
“I am the second coming of Christ, that messiah that they’ve been waiting for,” said Dr. Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda.
“They don’t understand it. They call it a cult. If I’m a cult, I’m the best one. I love to direct this beautiful cult,”
said Miranda.
The
situation at Creciendo en Gracia is what the Bible calls the blind leading the
blind, and they have all fallen into a pit of spiritual deception. The followers
of Miranda do not research Bible scripture for themselves to see if Miranda's
teachings lineup with God's Holy Word. But instead, to their eternal condemnation
they readily accept this false messiah's word as the "New Gospel".
His
doctrines are bizarre to say the least and he teaches end times false doctrine
of the kind warned about in the new testament:
Miranda denies the essential Christian doctrine of Sin. He says that, "God doesn't see you as a sinner, for me you are a perfect spirit." Miranda denies the existence of Satan and says, "Satan is a Hollywood character." Miranda
denounces the teaching of Catholic, Protestant, and Evangelical churches.
In outright rebellion against God's Word, he tells his followers they can live any way they
desire because sin doesn't exist and the devil is dead. He also teaches that Christian
churches are led by "ministers of Satan," and he encourages members of
his organization to stage protests at church services and Christian events.
Creciendo en Gracia members are encouraged to scream at people and carry placard
with messages such as "THE DEVIL WAS DESTROYED."
1Timothy 4:1
Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of
devils..
Such protests have grabbed headlines in
Miami and throughout Latin America. In Colombia, for example, De Jesús'
followers recently staged simultaneous protests in 22 cities.
De Jesús
makes no attempt to hide his satanically influenced intentions. "My purpose is to close down every church so
the true church can begin," he told the Miami paper. "You could say
I'm leading the greatest reformation that has ever happened."
As an
example of his embarrassingly arrogant behavior De Jesús
recently told Miami New Times, a weekly South Florida newspaper,
"Ever
since that day, I can't learn from anybody and I mean no one,"
"I don't study the Bible," he said, chuckling.
"I don't go into rooms for prayer. Who am I going to pray to?"
De
Jesus is attacking the true gospel of Jesus Christ in the Hispanic
nations.

José Luis De Jesús Miranda
is not Jesus Christ, is not a prophet of God, but is only a demonically
controlled egotistical religious con man. He lives in a
mansion, drives a BMW, wears gaudy diamonds, owns three $10,000 Rolex watches, and spends $300,000 a year on
bodyguards. Meanwhile many of his staff foolishly volunteer their time to attend
to his personal needs and give up to 80
percent of their income to the church. |
One
member of Creciendo en Gracia, Miami businessman Alvaro Albarracin, told New
Times, "I want to devote my life to Dad (Miranda). I truly believe he's my God, my
Creator."
The
newspaper also reported that Albarracin's involvement in the cult triggered a
breakup with his first wife. Interestingly, adultery and ruination of marriages
is De Jesús forte also. He left his own wife in 1999,
and later married a Colombian woman he was living with.
What is
most alarming about Creciendo en Gracia is the level of blind loyalty his
followers display. The group's Web site proclaims: "We are going to shut
the mouths of those dogs [speaking of Christian churches.] We are ready to give
our lives for this!"
Even
though there are reports that a protest in Colombia last December
resulted in a stabbing, De Jesús insists that his church is nonviolent. Yet the
leader of this bizarre sect also claims that his church will one day rule the
world.
From
a previous member of the church:
“He destroyed my family,” said former member Regina Albarracin, who left the church about 5 years ago. Her husband soon followed but their son Alvaro remained to become one of the ministry's biggest financial backers, donating more than $1 million to the church.
Alvaro is not alone; many others have set up businesses in de Jesus' name that pour cash into the ministry.
"I know were going to be running the whole world,” de Jesus said.
A web entrepreneur and self made millionaire, Alvaro Albarracin left his wife and children for the man he calls Jesus. He has since remarried to another church member and rarely speaks to his parents who insist he's been brainwashed by the man "they" certainly don't call Jesus.
His mother, Regina Albarracin said, "You think he's Jesus Christ? No he’s the devil. You think he's the devil? Yes that's him."
Regina Albarracin is afraid for her son's soul, and Professor Alvarez says she should be. Most of these movements, he says, self destruct sooner or later.
"Lots of broken lives, lot of spiritual and emotional and psychological debris that will be strew on the path of the gentleman,” Alvarez said, “and the fallout will be inestimable for the lives of these people who get caught up in this kind of movement.”
In closing:
José Luis De Jesús Miranda
has made himself an enemy of God and and enemy of all Christian followers of Jesus
Christ.
By proclaiming himself to be Jesus he has become against Christ or anti-Christ.
As our enemy we must pray for his salvation and the release of the satanic
stronghold that is over him and over the members of his church. Simply put,
José Luis De Jesús Miranda is a cult leader and the Creciendo en Gracia church
is a religious cult that teaches another Jesus and a another gospel.
Am I
angry at José Luis De Jesús Miranda for his false teaching and leading people
astray? Yes, absolutely! So much so, that after reading a Miami news
report about him I immediately purchased the domain name FalseMessiahs.com and
built this web site to pronounce him a false messiah to the world. I own five Christian
web sites on which I receive tens of thousands of viewers monthly from 97
nations. I am doing that which I am able to warn people about Miranda on
this web site.
Do I feel compassion on Mr. Miranda? Yes, I see Jose Luis De Jesus
Miranda as a man made in the image of God (as we all are). A man that has been mislead
by satanic forces. God's Holy Word states clearly that any man that is
anti-Christ (against Jesus) will reap eternal damnation for his deeds. I have begun praying for
Mr. Miranda's repentance of his blasphemous
teaching and also for his acceptance of the salvation offered to him through the
blood of Jesus Christ. Please join me in prayer that Jose Luis De Jesus Miranda be
stopped from misleading people, that he
repent, acknowledge publicly that he has been teaching false doctrine, and that
he be saved through Jesus.
In
Christ, Barry L. Brumfield
To
Jose Luis De Jesus Miranda; Sir, I beg you in the name of Jesus Christ to
stop teaching false doctrine and leading the innocent people of your following
to eternal damnation. Consider your ways. Know that you are NOT Jesus. You are
only a man. You are being manipulated by Satan and his minions to deceive your
fellow man. Repent Jose, and beg God's forgiveness. May the God of heaven
forgive you for your sins and for the destruction of souls that you are bringing
about through your teachings. Humbly, before God, Barry L. Brumfield
Regarding the
sins of mankind:
The apostle John warns us in his first epistle that
“If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us” (1 John 1:8)
And he ends that same chapter with “If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him (God) a liar and His word is not in us”
(1 John 10).
The Holy Word of God;
spoken as
a warning by Jesus Christ:
"And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: for false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect"
Mark 13:21-22
